I can kinda see what Mori was going for, like trying to be witty responding to a heckler by giving sarcastic "positive" feedback, but you should never interact with antis. Especially anything that is even tangentially related to NTR should be avoided altogether. Mori fucked up and should have known better by now since she already knew what her antis were trying to bait her with, and she's been the target of similar attacks before.
Still, as much as this was a massive unforced error she can't blame on anyone else, it doesn't really mean anything substantial.
