I get that they're OOC but i feel that she's extremely insufferable "in character" as well. From her voice, attitude, and personality, she's obnoxious but her views are informative. Her head/face are weird to look at but her unbound slimy tits make up for it.
As I see it, if you're a fan of Mori and/or Kiara, Dizzy could be your next vtuber. All very strong personalities that can be abrasive at times but have major assets that have people coming back
