I don't think there's one-for-all model nowadays so I can only suggest whatever I'm using.
based66 is a hll4 merge iirc, mokoumix-hll3 and based64-hll3 are obviously hll3. b64 looks quite like aom (2.5d) but has pretty good lora compatibility, mokoumix is considerably more overfit but I like its default style more so I use it most of the time.
