Just because Ayame doesn't stream too much doesn't mean she doesn't care about the job, or her coworkers (which are her dear friends). Sure, the money probably makes it easier, but I doubt you'd be able to talk for more than 2 days without running out of topics. If you think about it, Ayame has lasted several years because she's better than the average, but not by much. Not to mention that speaking too much puts a strain on your voice and this affects her morr than others. However, she does try her best, and that's a fact.
