Rosemi's birthday last year was incredible, and the structure was much more solid. She had a brief 1 on 1 chat with each member where she asked them what they liked about her, which led into a full branch call at the end with some great moments.
I know the branch is past the point of something like that being feasible, but I'll still treasure the time when birthday celebrations were a little more tight and concise.
