For me, it's improvement. To see someone grow up basically and come out of their shell, gain confidence, gain friends, be more self assured, be a nicer person, show off how well they practiced singing and/or dancing, those moments of looking back on the past and seeing two different people basically, with such improvement, make me feel the closest thing to gosling I will ever feel.
Second has to be those moments where they act kind and considerate, not the occasional surface level niceties, but those sorts of compliments where you know they really care about and know their friends deeply. It may not be a rare quality but it's something I appreciate deeply.
