>>83349077>It isn't because he left before the ban, if he stuck around despite his melty then yes it's be disciplinary actionA ban is still a disciplinary action. The consequences of disciplinary action can range from verbal/written warnings to outright bans. You need to seriously back to school.
>Because if he's not going to stick around it can't possibly play the role of disciplinary punishment, since it's not a punishment if he himself leaves, thus it's a reaction to his melty and divorce, NOT disciplinary actionA person can still be punished with disciplinary action even if they leave whatever circumstance they're in. What are you even talking about? Him leaving or not is completely irrelevant. The bottom line is that Fleece is that she divorced him.
>No, YOU don't understand i am sayingNo, I do. You're arguing over a point that isn't even relevant. You're just stupid and pedantic.
>True, banned ≠ divorced though, if it did then somnium was also divorced, yet she still interacted with his art and he still treated her as wife, so clearly it's not thatThat doesn't prove anything. She just re-married him. Nice try though.
>And that's not objective as you claimed it to beThat is literally what it says on Twitch's website. It is objective. See picrel and actually read.
>If following her means marriage then it sure as hell means somethingYes, it means he has kept his 'wedding ring' on despite being divorced by her.
>It's not applicable because in that scenario the objective nature of the relationship status would be divorced, but in this case, it only removes him from SHOWING UP on the following list and chat list, any other account and it displays "following since" when you click on his name in the fallenshadow channelWell if you actually read what Twitch says, he is removed from her list. Again picrel.
There is nothing "hidden" and this analogy is applicable in every essence of the marriage. If a woman is divorced, the wedding ring she 'had' may be discarded or in a sense "not showing up" on her hand. Her hand is the "Followers list" and him not showing up for her is her 'wedding ring' to him removed. She has willingly removed him from that list and thus, removed her ring of marriage to him.
She divorced him and there is nothing you can do or say to skirt around this fact.
>Never happenedFleece divorced her and she divorced him in return.
And since I have to repeat for the millionth time, the "no bans are permanent" statement included her consent of allowing you back but if you are punished again, then you are gone and it was on you for not reforming.
T is NOT apart of this. He was an monitored and then punished with a timeout for 7 days. His time after that is his second chance whether he likes or not. He showed he learned nothing from his discipline and was then punished again.
The current state of his ban is permanent and it is all within the rules and stated terms that Shondo is now on record for.
She has divorced him.
