IRyS and Mumei are both fantastic singers and pretty austistic.
Reine and Risu are possibly two of the best singers in any branch, but I'd hardly call their actual stream styles autistic.
In phase the only one I've ever bothered to watch was the blue bear. She's great with music and definitely autistic, but she uses her violin rather than sings.
Mint is probably what you're looking for if you're fine with her being a bigger weeb and sexpest than anyone /here/. Fantastic voice, incredibly charming, horrifically awkward, and is great with both english and japanese songs.
