I assume that giving hearts and kisses to friends is something Shiori doesn't do naturally but is willing to do to appeal to an audience. Therefore it is reasonable to posit that she would be willing to do some other things she wouldn't do around her friends to appeal to some other audiences. Such as making lol so random yabai jokes every 5 minutes even if it's not how she acts around friends. Numerous other vtubers doing that, including in HoloEN, supports this proposition.
