I have a rrat, that has been formed just now, that the reason why Advent doesn't have a 3D swimsuit is because there are "too few members" to give them as a special event.
The whole English branch was given 3D swimsuits at the same time, a year after JP and after Council got their 3Ds. Why wouldn't they give Myth the swimsuits the year prior, when the JPs got them?
Thus, a potential, hypothetical timeline. Advent will get 3D swimsuits next year, alongside Justice. At that point, there will be enough people in EN to where it will be a special event, as opposed to just "a fun thing we want."
