As for gaming, Megaman X and Megaman Z will get her pumped, the games are challenging and fun. I guess you could put DKC there on the same vibe. Rabi Ribi and Tevi are also good suggestions since she loves Hollow Knight. I'm sure MGS is planned as she's curious about the series. It's gonna be funny when her mind blows and she starts relating everything to the series because there's just too many memes that spawned from it.
