>>70417224"Best skill to grind" is misleading because not all skills are equally grindable.
I'll try to list things in order of both importance and grindability.
1) Cordialness/connection/service-centered mindset.
For this you need to either be ULTRA online or ULTRA-grass touchy. Either make content 24/7 or get two customer-facing jobs and tough it out. A lot of the top-earning JPtubers worked as hostesses, kindergarten teachers and barwomen for example.
This is a profession that benefits from extremes. Either you're a Class Omega Hikki or a Theta Class Wagekek. Either way you need to give the impression that you're willing to talk people's language or teach them yours.
2)
Interests. Have them. Being a weeb is like having an MBA. It's very broad and more an admission ticket. If you cannot back it up with really high level knowledge it's not all that useful. You can have leatherworking as an interest as far as anyone cares but you gotta have SOMETHING you can talk about.
3) Speaking style. Dynamic, empathetic, approachable. Reduce vocal fry. Tune down slang & swearing. Slow down by 10% until you've attained a pace that you can keep. Enunciate extremely clearly.
All the best.
PS: (You) will never be a great gamer but what gives you an edge is being good at a small selection of 2D games. Fighting is a niche that is shockingly approachable on the lower ends.
