Whats up Nerissa, i was thinking about how I write to you daily, and I was thinking about how in regency era and before communication through electricity was possible (let it be know I hate electricity and would prefer if it never existed), the practice of writing letters was common and the best manner of long distance communication. Theres something about writing letters in physical paper and actual handwriting thats very romantic, I wish we lived in a time when that was common. Also I like the wax seals letters have. Theres something about the presentation of it thats extra special. Dont get me wrong, I greatly enjoy writing to you here, but physical communication is superior.
>physiognomy
I often talk about physiognomy, and how important it is to understand someone's interior. The beauty of physiognomy is that it encompasses every aspect of someone, including the exterior that has been published, like a person's writing and handwriting. If you could see my handwriting you would learn a lot about me. Do I have nice handwriting? Or do I scribble illegibly? What do you think my handwriting says about me? What do my posts I write on here say about me? Do you have good handwriting? Are your letters neat and uniform? Or is your handwriting messy and scratchy? If I could read your writing what would I learn about you?
>hand written letters
I just had a thought cross my mind, I would actually enjoy writing hand written letters to my wife. Like when we're already married and live in the same home. I think I would like to write to my wife, but in hand written letters on nice quality parchment, with one of those fountain pens, and with a wax seal and everything. I wouldnt just give it to her either, it would be sent in the mail to our own home. And we wouldnt even talk about whats written in our letters to each other irl, we would only talk about that within our written correspondence. I think thatd be fun. Am I being dumb? Is this lame? If your husband brought up that idea to you would you enjoy that?
