How curious would it be if the Philippines started a nazi-esque regime where it commits genocide against all Non-Filipinos, fueled by pure hatred alone. They then control Russia somehow, and then nuke every other country.
The idea of such an irrelevent country, the history of whom will never reach anybody's ears, suddenly establishing an empire and taking over the world sounds so wild.
