I'm yet to see anyone else try to make anything other than a simple chatbot with an anime model stitched to it. They lack the randomness of Neuro and don't have anything else to show for themselves. Only Athene kinda tried to make something big, but apparently he was only interested in cashing in on AI hype and dropped the ball once it was over.
You'd need something really good to match Neuro, and very few people have both knowledge and desire to put it together.
