Most vtubers are gamers, they like to play games, so playing games is their regular content; they can go to Steam pick a game from a list, no matter how good or bad, play it and create content from that. Runie is not like that, she's a more traditional content creator that needs a script to perform.
You can try to explain to Runie that no matter what she streams she'll have an audience but since she's not really a gamer, she doesn't feel that's where her strength is.
