Otsonny!! Sorry I'm so late, had a busy day..... Hm, it's a shame about zomboid last night since I was really looking forward to it. It was a pretty good group and we don't have a lot of sonny/enna interactions since they're both awkward fucks, it's too bad his game was shitting itself so bad he had to drop... woke up a decent amount of time before stream for once but still was unprepared KEK. If there's another zomboid collab soon I really hope he can get his shit figured out in time to join it, I honestly didn't stay for too long after he dropped since Sonny At Home just wasn't the same but it's good the collab seemed like a fun time regardless. From what I did watch it was cute that alberto was trying to teach mari about the game and shill it to her while you can just hear classic ethyria chaos in the background (nina pls do not cook maggots).
In any case I'm glad he could at least stream something later since he hasn't been around much lately, more zelda is unsurprising but not unwelcome and it was nice to see him showing up with something to eat. I'll take his word for it when he talked about just how much work he let pile up... congrats on getting most of it out of the way. It was a pretty enjoyable stream, i don't think it's any surprise what goes on in these streams by now but there's something really comforting about the main gameplay loop. Though I am happy to say he finally unlocked the entire map over a month after he first started the game, with faron tower being the last one he needed to get to. There's plenty of stuff to get distracted by even in that corner of the map; after making discriminatory remarks about the encampment of some bokoblins he finally met kilton and was thoroughly entertained by his odd appearance and selection of wares, naturally he had no shortage of monster parts to exchange for his currency. He acquired three new pieces of headwear to help infiltrate enemy territory, and was very intrigued by the dark link armor but unfortunately the price for the set was a little steep this time. Nearby was also lurelin village which he described as being a place of "sin" and "debauchery" ...a-all that over some RNG? Plenty of classic botw gameplay in this region, rain or shine; there were a number of bugs and lizards for him to collect and take pictures of, and the frequent stormy weather in faron made for some funny moments when he'd struggle with his inventory full of metal during combat or exploration. Not to mention there was so... much... durian. And other fruits to collect, but mostly durian— today he's finally realized just how fucking busted they are in cooking. Also it was a weirdly nostalgic day at points? A decent amount of discussion about old games like banjo kazooie and DS games that utilized blowing in the mic (I was always reminded of that when he did the wind technique in okami...). He did get a couple memories, though it was pretty damn funny when he spent all this time looking for one and had the wrong bridge. I'm not 100% sure how many he still has to find now, though he does plan on getting them all before he goes for ganon to get that true ending. In other news I can't believe he was actually getting tired of the constant yahahas that were showing up in this stream... even though it's his choice to go after them. If he's sick of koroks now I can't wait for him to play totk KEK. One in particular was pretty funny, he couldn't find a rock to finish the circle so he went on probably a 25+ min journey (getting sidetracked by a shrine in the process) to get one from the surrounding area and bring it back. There was also the cunt drop we got from a balloon challenge that made me laugh... my guy set half of Hyrule on fire for one korok. Other discoveries included the horse god, not only was his reaction to it funny but it seemed to speak to him personally by calling out potential maliciousness in a horse's death (hey, both of his are still alive though... somewhere), and he also found the fabled lord of the mountain, which he unfortunately did not manage to mount this time. In general today there was still a lot of stubborn autism in shrines and whatnot, though he had a little less patience for it than usual. He wasn't as against using bows and did give up on some retarded shield jump he didn't manage to make. But still plenty of windbombing today! He's mostly got the hang of it now, though it's still funny when he fails. We ended off for today by stumbling upon a colosseum and taking on the lynel inside, which he killed once with ease but wanted to kill again with some retarded electricity tech... i don't even know, he'll get it next time. Thanks for the stream sonny, i could watch you mess around in this game forever but it's understandable if you wanna finish it and move onto totk soon. We'll see how it goes! Hopefully you can stream later, but if not I'll see you for L4D tomorrow. Also a busy july incoming, don't forget about us... Rest well and see you soon! o7
