Since she never bothered to correct that scale, it's propably the most reasonable to assume that she can adjust her size to a lower degree even without the limiter.
Like I said, Yatagarasu is literally standard equipment for her so not including him only makes sense if you want to nerf her for a specific fight.
While you're right that it's impossible to quantify the power the ancient ones give to Sana, it's pretty much a given that it's considerable, the same applies to Ina, you wouldn't just scale her to be a regular human just because it's hard to quantify how much power she gets. Also the ancient ones are obviously a homage to the Cthulu Mythos and the fact that they still scale above Sana and the council means that it's fair to assume they just as powerful as they are in the original mythos (until proven otherwise).
Sana also has MFTL feat of traveling the universe to collect 50.000 of waterplanets + decently sized stars to make a suitable bath for her.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAMu69w-dfAI think the speculation I did on Fauna is quite literally the same as when you imply that Mumei is nuclear weapon level, there's no 100% concrete evidence but it's logical to assume that she's atleast on the level of "civilization" she protects, so I also think it's reasonable to assume that Fauna could use her powers in the way I implied, especially since she already demonstrated to be able to create/ restore life from nothing.
