The fact that Nene doesn't seem to put much effort into it, to the point when she almost never streams for 3 hours and immediately finish the stream after some good bye instead of chatting with her fans, even if just half a hour, tells me that she's comfortable with her current situation and found other hobbies. It's not like she's investing covers either.
