Let's assume her passion really is for the management: strategizing with the talents, supporting them, helping strike deals for partnerships, sponsorships, wrangling permissions, etc.
If she wants to manage 2-5 talents, maybe she can spend most of her time "managing" and less of her time "executive-ing", but the bigger it gets, the less the top levels get to be involved in doing the real work that they used to love.
