Only small one I've been watching and trying to help grow is Alice Gawa, she's actually really nice to watch, she's learning English really good, she does collabs with other small ones, as well as doing many educational streams to teach Japanese as well as the cultural norms to help others. What made me a bit sad was she was doing a competition with a bunch of other vtubers to win a 3dmodel on Mixchannel, she was surprisingly in the lead until a much bigger industry backed vtuber's owner self donated 10,000usd to launch theirs to the lead, but even still Alice said not to be mean to them. Her birthday is coming up on the second though, so her growing in support would be nice for a gift.
