>>104551294It's both. Although, i don't remember the last time i had huge clumps in the flour. Maybe 10 or 15 years ago. Nowadays, the flour comes so good, i sometimes don't even sift.
And sometimes my gf jokes about me using an ancient flour sifting device that i inherited from my mother (it's almost 80 years old), photo as an example.
