This is nothing like any of those things. This is a stand against a new-age religion whose adherents demand that all believe in it. It is a refusal to accept claims which are blatantly untrue - that a human being born with a penis and testes could ever be either a woman or female, or that a human born with a vagina and ovaries could ever be a man or male. (side note: yes intersex conditions exist, we aren’t talking about them. but if they do have both a penis/testes pair or a vagina/ovaries pair, they are unquestionably man/women respectively)
You could reasonably call it ‘disgust’. You could reasonably call it ‘opposition’. But to call it an ‘irrational fear’ in the same way that one might name the feeling of shivering at the thought of too many holes next to one another ‘trypophobia’?
