There's also a grievance and a rrat that Shiori may be trying to nepohire Pending into Holostars just so he can stop being an unwatched 2view and actually finally get something out of being a vtuber seeing how he's been doing it for YEARS.
Anyone who watched Shiori pre-Holo knows there are others around her. Most of her artists and one of the shorts editors came from her previous channel. Her 3D stuff likely had Deat (one of the people behind VSeeFace) being involved as well.
I dunno, it seems to me that if Shiori had something for you in her Holo stuff, she'd get you involved. If you didn't mean shit to her, or don't have anything to bring to the table, don't expect any calls from her. She can make big bucks now, you can't.
