another on twitch is simply to raid into them, even if you may be smaller than them, it is still overall a good gesture annd can start a covnnersation from were more can build off of. some bad characters will always throw the leech accusation off but usually streamers themselves are pretty chill about it since they too onnce started from somewhere. the only way it would be a bad look is like if you were to raid with 5 people into someone with 3267 viewers. but someone with 50 views or so never has reacted bad to even 4-5 man raids from what i have seen. annd even with bigger differences there are even 3views like sasha that has always been supportive of smaller chuubas.
the most important bit simply is, reach out annd try and be fine with a no should they not desire a collab at all. do't linger on it and try to "fix" it annd simply move on, and who knows, maybe later down the line things change
