Best guess is that Hololive received a C&D letter or content ID claim over something questionable in the video like the Terminator 2 music/homage. It wasn't a copyright strike since the video would be automatically removed in that case. Standard protocol for a company is to temporarily private a video until they can consult with their legal team to determine the next course of action. It's rarely worth fighting a court battle over, so if this ends up being the case they will likely try to edit out the contested audio/video or reupload a reedited version if it can't be done with youtube's tools. Or they will just leave it private and never speak about it, but that would be incredibly dumb since this is their most rewatched hologra episode by a longshot.
