People do that shit for her too (not throwing a whole concert for her, but the other stuff). You even said right there that Gura and Ame vent "to each other." Kiara is no doubt nosy enough to check in as well (in a good way!).
Ame doesn't gush about it like the others do, but in her panel at Digikomi with Kiara she said that she learned how helpful it was to have people to rely on and talk to. No doubt that's part of why she goes out of her way for them in return.
