With the exception of Kronii, you see Kronii's personality is that of this woman who is superior to all of her potential suitors. I believe that Kronii would sooner let a dog knot her because the dog doesn't get the same ego boost from breeding a woman that a guy does. He would brag to all his friends and it would make Kronii feel annoyed because she is being treated like a badge of honor, rather than a superior. Whereas a dog will just mount, knot and breed her and then go about it's business after the matter is done, so Kronii wouldn't feel like she is contributing to a future annoyance/arrogant personality holding it over her head.
