>>47317130I distinctly recall Gura talking about them at one point bringing in new staff, and the old managers directly pointed out Gura to them and mocked her for asking for so many permissions. Gura pushed back on that on stream saying 'but I'm a game streamer, I need game...'.
It was obvious from there that EN was doomed, competent management would be saying things more like "remember talents, if you ever have any ideas for something to stream let us know and we will take care of permissions ASAP for you, don't even worry about it just let us know and we'll make it happen for you, it's our job to worry about those sorts of things.". The idea that they would ever complain to the talents about being asked to do their fucking jobs is a very bad sign. I am convinced HoloEN wouldn't be dying if they had competent managers who gave a shit.
Meanwhile the JP side is doing just fine, by some metrics better than ever. The difference can't be anything other than the relative competence of their management, who are likely not lazy trannies and instead do the things they were hired to do.
