Honestly, the only way Yagoo can save Cover at this point is to double down on whatever their new direction is, and cull more non-compliant talents with graduations until it normalizes on the fan consensus (like no one gives a fuck about niji graduations nowadays because it happens everyday). it maybe be painful on the first exits, but the damage would be minimal if it happens more commonly, then replace them with more compliant talents, then make them believe they owe their existence to the company rather than the other way around. Hololive would be reduced to slop shilling, but at least your company is still alive, and the investors are happy.
