I love this shark but she is absolutely squandering her potential and part of that is on her but a lot of the blame is on cover as well. A good manager should take as much of the load off as possible so the talent can focus on the creative and performative aspects, cover seems to do the opposite only giving begrudging support and not pushing them to do projects other than quick and souless cashgrabs.
