It's just not a malicious bait-and-switch, but an outright lie and scam despite her pulling in thousands and thousands of dollars. When people pay you a shit ton of money in exchange for something, I consider it one of the most abhorrent things imaginable for the person to not deliver. People struggle hard for disposable income.
