All this time you should have been focusing on making your listeners happy, that's all there is to it. It doesn't matter if you're a 1view, a 2 view of a 5view. That's the fundamental principle of vtubing, making your listeners have a good time over yourself.
Get over your ego, work hard, you somehow have 10k people following you and yo're still unhappy and you want more because none of those 10 thousand people are enough for you, you don't give a shit about them, you talk as if they're just a stepping stone until you graduate from whatever you're doing, you have no remorse of doing that and leaving them behind just to be a corpo no one cares about.
