However, after messing up the first hologra lora (barely any style retention, seems to have just retained backgrounds and ambient lighting/bloom effects and some character details; dataset too large/netalpha too low?), I've found that it doesn't actually require a lot of training for individual models so I think I'm going to stick with the original method.
As said previously, the purpose of training with datasets of the actual 3d models is explicitly to get the appearance of the actual 3D model, rather than a 3D render of whatever checkpoint's "blurry jpeg" recognition of that character's fan art.
[Hololive] Ouro Kronii 3D Model IllustriousXL LoRA
Trained for 1000 steps. I feels like less of this model was retained in this amount of steps compared to the one for Shiori. Probably due to the fact that the Shiori dataset is entirely from a consistent 3d environment with just different backgrounds, while the Kronii dataset is split between concerts, shorts, her 3d debut, and hologra.
It still seems pretty good, though. There's still a bit of default outfit overfitting. I'm unsure if this is the checkpoint (because it has some similar issues with various characters) or the lora because it's about 30/70 between her default and idol outfits. I really wanted to get every view of her default outfit (to get the most accurate titties) but the dataset CAN be reduced more I guess.
I've also added step 1000 of the Shiori lora to the folder, since it seems to work just fine?
