>>107567080Always remember that you want a design that's easy to simplify for the sake of fanart or whatever, but also that it should have a unique silhouette. A design that's too messy isn't gonna be as appealing. (Take debut Saba vs Gura, or even current Saba removing extra accessories like the bows)
I love using Advent as examples of complex designs that are easy to simplify into chibis or whatever because the details are so easy to dumb down, while at the same time having such unique silhouettes that you can easily distinguish their designs at a glance from other chuubas.
