>>57657230Of course they need to build new talents, but the whole gist of VTA is that these people aren't being paid, aren't being given any streaming gear, and are barely taught anything regarding how to produce good content because almost all the VTA graduates that made it to NijiJP are just wandering aimlessly playing fotm games. It feels more like when companies hire interns to do menial labor just for the sake of hazing them so they become jaded towards the entire industry "as a prank".
The policy of wanting all future NijiJP applicants to go through VTA just seems like it's Riku's attempt to legitimize VTA so he can sell the idea to investors as the "future" of the industry even though it's not working. It all seems so shortsighted...
