She thought they would crash and burn or at least Riku would bring a massive paradigm shift in how EN would be managed but instead they're not going to change anything. The same idiot JP managers will remain nominally in charge and require talents to do their own translating to understand anything.
The contract is 2 years and even if you don't renew, it requires that you graduate on THEIR schedule which means sitting in a queue for months.
