>>54463111yeah its 16 frames limit, we are working on it but for now its just a limitation. Animatediff isn't even 2 weeks old at this moment. additionally, we are still waiting for the developers to give us the training code so we can finetune the motion model, but for now we are at their mercy.
But sure while the characters may not animate much, there is clearly animation going on. but Much like normal inference, we are at the mercy of the endless latent space, and generations of high res take about or minute or so. I can churn out a ton of low res quickly but I like the quality higher resolutions give us.
