The times on the left side of that picture line up properly but the image on the right is wrong for GMT, since it's cropped from the schedule she posted to Twitter and YouTube. It would be right if it said BST (British Summer Time). JST in the image is correct because the American time zones are supposed to have the D instead of the S.
But yeah, I agree. AMT is way easier to remember, especially living in America where it will always line up with the same time for me.
