When you think about it CC and Raora did the same thing using alternate methods. Raora has to draw her fans by hand one by one. Mean while CC and her German engineering literally automated the process. Chattinos were more expensive to produce and had a limit. Where as the Otomos are assembled with factory efficiency at a fraction of the cost and with the only limit being the length of the stream. The dedication to Kayfabe is something else.
