My alarm bells went off right at the beginning when his slightly inflammatory tweet about people's reactions to the knock feature on Twitch was massively misconstrued as "belittling other content creators".
The author is blowing a lot of stuff massively out of proportion, trying to attack him from any angle they can.
You'd expect Discord logs of him showing signs of a dangerous sexual predator or something, but Evil Toaster is just acting slightly autistic, which made people uncomfortable one too many times.
The author of the document sounds like a lawyer trying to congregate enough awkward and uncomfortable interactions to make him look like an abuser, not realizing that this kind of stuff doesn't add up cumulatively.
You can't add up 50 awkward interactions together like a point system and conclude "this guy as bad as a sex pest!!".
Of course, people already don't like him, and we're in the age of online hysteria, so nothing I say matters and he'll get insane backlash from dumbasses who prefer to blindly follow the zeitgeist, instead of making their own opinions.

The kind of person who gets into the type of situation where autism is interpreted as sexual predation is more likely part of the LGBT crowd because they will spend time inside LGBT-dominated environments.
Inside more "normal" environments, people won't accuse you of anything and quietly cut ties with you, instead.
