Each dialogue choice is worth a set amount of points, but they're color coded by hard it is to pass a check for it, and you have limited amount of tries before you fall
So an NPC can need 8 points to persuade
them but you have 5 attempts to do it, and you go for easy checks but they're worth 1 point or you can go for hard checks worth 5 points
