>Skeb meta posting I ended up commissioning a lot more than I originally planned. I told you all months ago that I would slow down, and well, I didn't. There are 7 more coming but they have all been in progress for a while. It feels weird for me to say that 7 more Skebs is low, but relative to the past 6 months it is absolutely true. I originally said something around 40 requests. And I ended up with almost double (including in progress but not completed).
The way Skeb is set up is actually quite addicting, and if I told you I didn't get personally addicted to it, I'd be lying. I've enjoyed supporting independent artists (painting, sculpture, toys) for as long as I can remember, and so I kind of fell into it really really quickly. I've had so much fun getting all of these different styles done, and discovering all of these new artists. It's really been a pleasure and a joy to me for the past 6 months now. Yes, I was addicted, but if I had the choice I'd do it all over again. I think this type of addiction is OK if it is not impacting your life elsewhere, and that much I can promise to be true.
I don't think I will go back to the time where I literally check every single new skeb account (I literally did this for months). But, I don’t plan on fully stopping either. In addition to my own personal requests, any dad has a standing offer to make an SFW request in any thread, at any time. Either by suggesting a scenario, a specific artist, or both. Of course I can't make every request come true, and if I truly hate it I may not do it at all, but I'll try my best for as long as we are here together. For NSFW, hopefully Yah Requests can keep you all entertained, so you can point those his way.
