E1-0: I would have waited on the riichi. You're essentially riiching on the lone 1p, with the dora so close to 7p and you already having two of them. It was early and there was a very large chance you would have extended either of your manzu or souzu shapes. I would have discarded the 1p pair hoping for an extension of the manzu or souzu.
E2-0: Turn 2 discard of 8m over 9p. 8m has more acceptance while letting you cope for chanta / junchan. Keeping 9p over 3m. Then discarding 4s over the 9p. I would have folded this hand personally. You would have to tsumo either 3s or 7s and calling for either would wreck the value. No dora visible. Fold with pei's then genbatsu for mawashi cope.
E3-0: No idea why you threw the aka 5s. You have a 46689 pinzu shape and you lose no acceptance cutting the 9p. With the 4668 as a dual kanchan, the 9p is redundant and only useful if you draw another 9p. You already have 2 other pairs, so you aren't looking for another. On turn 8 I would have cut the 24p kanchan instead of the 8m. The 5778m ryanman-kanchan shape is stronger than the 24 shape. Misclick discarding 3s over 2s on turn 12? At this point I be hesitant discarding pinzu, especially against shimo. 1s is the superior discard on turn 16, as it is genbatsu for bother toi and shimo and suji for kami due to the 4s discard. Turn 17 sha is the superior discard.
E3-1: I generally disagree with your direction of the hand. If you choose to skip kyuushuu kyuuhai, you should either A: go for orphans B: go for a hand based on terminals / honors or honitsu. I would have stockpiled every terminal / honor I could get and pon my way to a probably incomplete kokushi or honroutou by the end. By turn 7 you could have planned for honitsu but rejected it. At this point I would start playing a bit more for value and taking the hand the way you did, you still have a good chance for value with chun, ton, and dora. This would have required you to discard your 12p and take 3p as your pair. No deal in so not a terrible result, but if you have a lot of honors or terminals and decide not to draw, look for hands more based around terminal / honor yaku or call draw.
E3-2: Discarding chun over 2m. You're more likely to catch an honor if you end up with a tanki wait. You had sha as a pair at the time, but you should expect it to get dropped and to call like you did. With the 57m youre looking to turn that into a sequence. So youll need a head at some point and a terminal or honor is the easiest to do it with.
S1-0: Turn 3 I would keep chun over nan. Nan has two han value for one player and one hand for all others while chun has one han value for everyone. This technically makes it more likely to come out and deal into lower value hands on average. Turn 6 discarding 2s after drawing 4s. I would instead discard 9m or start cutting the 89p penchan. The acceptance of 89p overlaps with your 56p while your 2468s accepts more middle tiles. You do have the floating 6m but with plenty of other blocks to replace 89p I would keep it hoping for ryanman improvement. If not, discard 9m. Turn 8 I would cut 9m over 3m. This leaves you with a strong 344m shape. This shape has plenty of improvements and at this point I would have totally cut the 89p. Turn 12 cut 2m for mawashi coping.
S2-0. Turn 2 cutting 1m over 1p. 1p has overlapping acceptance with 4p while 1m has no overlap with 5m and allows you acceptance for low manzu. Turn 6 since you are planning for chiitoi, cut 6m as there is already a once discarded 6m from kami. If you do not want chiitoi, cut 3m since you need 4m to complete 456m anyways and you can then just pon 8m or 3s or chii 36p for tanyao. Turn 6/7 I would not have chii'd. It did not reduce your shanten as far as I can tell and guaranteed a reduction in the potential value of your hand. Your best discard would have been 8m I think, but there's not much you could have done.
S3-0 Turn 5 cutting 8p over 4p. This hand is worthless and you should expect to call nan and you will need a head. The 8p would have been it. A 889p is better than a floating middle tile in this situation.
