Being an anime girl in vr gives you more freedom to act like a cringey retard (good), doing her thing IRL might just be painful to watch, so she'd have to act different and I doubt it'd be as appealing.
She mentioned that she over-animates herself for lack of real facial expressions, as if that was a bad thing, but its part of her general energy and why people like her, plus all her physical jokes involving the janky manipulation of the hardware would be gone, but maybe thats not a big deal.
