I record the bit I'm looking for with OBS and trim the recorded MP4 with Windows Photos legacy's video editor. I then extract the audio from the trimmed MP4 with Bitable(an online tool) before converting the video to webm(sans audio) with WebMConverter(formerly webmfordummies). I then crop the webm footage with ezgif(another online tool) and then create the soundpost with trimmed video and extracted audio via 4chan Sounds interface.
