Its more like Nijisanji is capitalism, they provide a platform that anyone has access to and they allow the livers to battle it out so that the most successful and entertaining will naturally rise to the top. Its survival of the fittest resulting in the highest quality content reaching the highest number of viewers.
Hololive is much more like communism, while it might seem like the masses are all in love with everyone, in reality its just a numbers game. Just like a shoe worker making 2 left shoes in order to meet his quota, hololive fans open every stream and sub to every member for the sole sake of appearances. While the numbers might claim to be successful, underneath the dark under belly of hololive is the same suffering and starvation that arose from the USSR, and much like the USSR its inevitable doom to stagnation and failure in comparison to the far more successful capitalist Nijisanji.
