A goo version, where the victim is forced to excrete their personality (consciousness) from their ass in the form of a brightly colored tentacle of goo. This leaves behind the body which tends to either be completely mindless or takes commands at will. The other is an onahole variant which is similar to the Kappa soul orb myth, except that the removed object isn't an orb it's an onahole in the shape of the victim, also brightly colored. The victim's consciousness is again transferred into these things (the goo tentacle if it's that method, or the onahole if it's that method). There are a bunch of things that can be done with this concept such as (in the case of futas) fucking their own onahole, having the tentacle stuffed back inside of their ass so their personality is temporarily restored but of course this lasts only so long as they don't release it back out, and many other such as lactation methods, petrification, soul forges, etc. Fan no Hitori has drawn a bunch of h-mangas of it.
