"ok something something" is a subreddit format for these types of memes where you pretend to be a retard, for example ok buddy vicodin is the same but for House (the TV show with the limping faggot)
problem with okbuddyhololive is that they developed a community of fags who feel themselves superior to /vt/ fans, especially unicorns. All of it comes from some weird self-hate: "I might watch vtubers (cool people on twitter think it's cringe) but at least I'm not like THOSE people!". The exact type of person who pretends to like holostars to own the chuds or whatever. They're also terribly unfunny because everyone on reddit is.
