This is my theory of the hierarchy based on what we know about the Liver's PL, finances, senoirity, relationships, Japanese fluency, and blackout video participation.
All Livers who are Luxiem (Luxiem favoritism) or fluent in Japanese (ability to break communication monopoly by speaking to management above the cliques head) are Neutral or above since the clique doesn't see them as a threat to communication monopoly.
Petra is ??? since she is likely part of communicating with JP but has expressed discontent as NotPetra. Likely was on board early on when this was beneficial and doesn't know what to do now.
Luca is ??? because he has Luxiem favoritism and is likely in a high enough position to mediate conflict between talents as shown in Scarle screenshot.
Rosemi is ??? because she seems to have been toeing the line but "save me pink girl!". Don't know for sure if that was chosing a side or toeing the line still.
Interesting note after putting the chart together is that all graduates Livers were NOT fluent in Japanese and toed the line or FELL in line.
All terminated Livers were either fluent in Japanese and could bypass Elira clique monopoly (Literally listed on Zaion's termination notice) or didn't fall in line with the clique (Selen).
I truly do not think that the Livers retweeting the blackout PR are all in support of the clique. If you look at what happened to Selen, there is a high chance that other Livers not as beloved as her wouldn't survive the financial and psychological damages as well as the character assassination that follows you into your next life.
